Staff are friendly, close to one of the Malls (Lotte Shopping Mall), there is a shuttle bus that drop you off at the mall but does not operate from the mall to the hotel. On-site restaurants are great.
We have been upgraded (3 people) for larger room and we enjoyed the service, food and ambiance. Strongly recommending it and definitely will come back again.

I was in Jakarta on a business trip With my partner and stayed here. Traveling can be exhausting. The staff was amazing. I met Alvina, who works there, and she was courteous, helpful, and very welcoming. She made the stay pleasant. 5 star customer service and above what I expected. Thank you for everything!

One of the best true 5 star hotel in jakarta city.. Nice place to celebrate your party.. The food is good and delicious.. They can provide you Almost all kind of food..
Room is very nice too.. Big and clean.. The bed so comfy and soft, can make well resting till tomorrow morning..

Great personalized service, with hotel staff going an extra mile to accommodate requests.During my first visit, I was given a complimentary coffee package. And to top it all, they have very scrumptious breakfast buffet with a wide selection of cheeses, breads and rolls, cakes and pastries, fruits including blueberries, raspberries, strawberries, and yogurts. You can even order from their menu which is already part of the free breakfast that comes with the room. Another plus is the fast internet service. A tip: you should be mindful of your reservation. I was upgraded several times to the Hotel Residences, but I felt it was a downgrade,. While the residences are spacious, with two large rooms with own toilet and baths and self-contained complete with a kitchen , they do not have the same amenities as the hotel. The hotel also connects to the Pacific Place Shopping which has lots of restaurants, a grocery and lots of high end shops.

What stood out in particular for me is the shuttle service to nearby locations. The Dnd and Make my room switch next to the bed is cool, new for me.. Delicious dinner (we had this meal called Best of India from the menu). I was hesitating before ordering Indian food but it was awesome . They even provide Baby sitting service for those who need it. Rooms are quite spoacious and there's a Walk in closet.

One of the best luxury hotels in town. The location is premium, a walking distance to the business district of Jakarta. You wont have difficulty finding the place. But if you do, make sure you pay attention to their marquee on the right side of the road.

The room is spacious and the amenities are awesome. You can never complain about the service, it is awesome and warm. The design of the place is exquisite. It worth every dollars you spent.
But be ready to have difficulty finding convenience store near the hotel. There are one across the hotel, but they closed around 10 and did not open for saturday and sunday.

Room is spaceous and nice even though the hotel is a bit older. Staff are friendly and professional. Food was good. Gym had everything I needed for good strength and cardio sessions. We also hired a car for the whole trip and it was a breeze. Overall great experience.

Came here for the Bukber event from my company, and the hall was really comfortable for events. There are thousands people but the hotel managed to made the place comfortable. The food was really good, from takjils (fried bananas and kurmas), main course and desserts.

Not bad, but not great. I would expect something over the top in a country where national average is 300$ income a month. This place costs that much a night. The breakfast is “ok”. Good food, but not wow status. There is hotels within 200 meters from here that have the same if not better for 1/3 price. Room size is good, spacious, and clean. Good water pressure and helpful staff. They are great when taking your money, which they do for every amenity they “offer”. Make sure to check your bill is as they like to make mistakes. 100% in their favor. They NEVER make a mistake where your benefit.

Ritz- Carlton is one chain of the luxury hotel in the world. This hotel quite popular in Mega Kuningan area, south of Jakarta. The hotel is very big and has many rooms available. The hotel also popular to hold many company and enterprise events like seminar, workshop, exhibition, RUPS, etc. It has many function rooms and halls, also very often to be used for wedding event. Many restaurants also available here.

This hotel is excellent. The location is in the city centre and near shopping malls.Great children playground and swimming pool. Our room is spacious with great view. The meals are delicious. But the praying room is too small.

My first Ritz in a long time and it stands up to the reputation! Amazing service especially from the staff at their asia restaurant. 4 or 5 different staff members knew my name within 5 min and struck up a casual conversation or provided service during my meal. Made me smile and almost blush haha. Food quality on their lunch buffet was also excellent. Room service fantastic although the hummus wasn't as good as expected. Ritz I will definately be back!

I came here for a HOPECARDIS Symposium for medical practitioners. The auditorium was great, the place is really nice. The equipment is great and the service of the people involved in this hotel is the best I've encounter yet. It is a really great experience coming here

Lovely hotel, I attended several Symposium here. We used the ballroom as the venue. Nice ballroom facility. Food is very delicious. Seriously :)
They have Indonesian and Western food, including lots of salad preferences. Their desserts also very delicious.

A truly 5 stars hotel in Mega Kuningan Area. Great service, spacious room, bathtub available in the room, showers and complete amenities. I was in 6th floor so the view was just ok. Full facilities,Swimming pool , fitness centre, jacuzzi, sauna, steam, cold plunge pool they even have herbal garden which is very nice for just chilling on the gazebo.
Will i come back here? For sure!

I just had a meeting at the lounge, so I don't know much about the hotel rooms, but being Ritz Carlton, it must be top notch. The lounge serves nice snacks and tea. Location is OK, in the middle of Mega Kuningan area, and the service is very polite and comforting.

Where should I start, All of the staff were friendly, even on the restaurant (the food is good), there is a guy called me by name, it's surprised me how he remembered my name since there is a lot of customer in the restaurant.

The spa itself quite good, especially for the facial treatment. I feel refreshed.

For the room itself is enough for me. and the water pressure is so high too (Yes shower's water pressure is so important for me).

Cons: for 5 stars hotel I didn't expect the coffee is gonna be Nescafe classic, aqua for mineral water and the kettle made of plastic. However, the tea is TWG which is a plus.

5 star hotel with annoying security staff.

A long time ago, I was exercising around the hotel. I just stopped and took a break to take a breath and fix my shoelaces. Suddenly the security of this hotel approached me who was fixing shoelaces. The security officer told me I should not stop here (in front of the hotel) in annoying way of talk. If this hotel is a vital object like an embassy, ​​it is appropriate that the security officer give such an appeal.

For your information, this hotel is an area that is often used as a public place to exercise.

The Ritz Carlton Hotel Kuningan Jakarta is a 5-star Hotel. It has a very nice lobby, the room is also nice but is not exactly what i was expecting for a 5-star hotel. The meeting room is also feels old. The set up is too complicated. But the staffs are friendly, the Asia restaurant is also nice. Overall its a 4 star review.

This is a lovely hotel. It looks like a palace!! It's in a central location, with near by shopping and eateries.

We stayed 7 nights and were treated very well. All the employees were pleasant and helpful. Our room was spacious, clean and neat. The bed was super comfy.

I had no complaints about the location or the service. Overall, it was a great experience!

A wonderful of personal greeting from the staff here. They do everything possible to help, make you welcome and fulfill any requirements you may have. Make sure you check out the pool and all its attached facilities such as the sauna and relaxation room. (The steam room could do with an aromatherapy addition!)

Superior service and attention from all the Ritz-Carlton team, specially Concierges are absolutely focus of giving first class and personalized customer experience.
I stayed 2 nights with my wife (just married!) and everything was perfect: pick up at airport, check-in, room service and even a surprise in the room back from City Tour. This hotel is a MUST if you wanna feel "at home"!!

Attended an event here. The staffs are very welcoming, the security was friendly, helpful and thorough. The quality of f&b is great. But the tables are sticky despite so many staffs around. They said the diet sugar is finished while I saw so many are still in the drawer. I also disappointed with their toilet that are very narrow, its hard to open the door without pulled my legs while the bathroom area is very large. Once it smells sour. The tissue is very easy fall in to the trash bin, it should have better holder.

Lovely hotel with a beautiful view and the staff are all extemely friendly, but then again I believe all Indonesians are friendly and respectful towards others. The rooms are so comfy, clean, roomy, and after they make the bed every morning, they leave chocolate on your pillow.

Absolutely the best experience from the first to the last day of my business trip to Jakarta. I highly recommend the Executive Lounge. Ms. Eka Noviani, Olivia, Resma, Rany, Eko, Bella, Ayu, and Fadilla from the Executive Lounge made our stay extra special and memorable. The food was absolutely amazing as you can see from my photos. The staff surprised our group by providing impromptu special meals based off our conversations. We were treated to a an authentic Mexican meal, an Indonesian Ox Tail Soup dinner, and a going away celebration. The entire Ritz-Carlton staff were courteous and professional. I would also like to mention Ms. Kiki Rizki from the awesome Ritz-Carlton Asia Restaurant. The entire staff provided the hospitality that you would only expect from the best five star establishments.

Great location and wonderful service

Staff are excellent and helpful, I gotta catch a flight at 5 & check out at 3sth am. Staff was thoughtful and proactively giving me advices and helped me to order the takeaway.

The only demerit is the wifi connection to laptop which is keep dropping the line (while the connection to cell phone is excellent).

Good hotel, good and attentive service. However the food in Asia restaurants is the only one that is good. I had a company event yesterday and the food was poor, tend to be bland (fried rice with Malaysian curry), the other dish (braised chicken with charsiew sauce) was also so so.

We stayed for 3 nights 1721and the rooms are very clean although we made a complain regarding bedsdheet stains on our first night which was corrected immediately by housekeeping. Next day we were provided hospitality beyond believe as the staff provided exceptional service from in room complimentary dining along with luxury complimentary airport transfer. We are so pleased and pleasantly surprised.

Big thank you to Dita from room service dining and Muftars from front desk, both held the Ritz brand of service above standards of excellence.

We will return to Ritz Carlton Jakarta again and thank everyone for making our stays very memorable moments.
